Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Retail Banking Division, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The CFO will oversee financial planning, develop strategies for sustainable growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and evaluating financial performance to provide actionable insights. The CFO will collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to decision-making for improving operational efficiency and long-term profitability within the Retail Banking Division.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to support strategic decision-making
• Strong experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify trends for informed business decisions
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly beneficial
