Job Description

• Company: APH Vietnam (A Plus Healthcare)

• Role Summary: Looking for a proactive CEO Assistant to support daily business operations and strategic growth. This role works closely with the CEO in coordinating projects, managing communications, and supporting key business development activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in daily operations, scheduling, meetings, and follow-up tasks
  • New Business Development: Identify and exploit new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
  • Sales Performance: Drive and achieve sales targets through strategic support programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents professionally
  • Support sales activities, key accounts, and business development initiatives
  • Conduct market research and assist in strategic planning
  • Handle administrative and confidential tasks efficiently

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a CEO Assistant, Sales or related role.

• Proven B2B Network: Must possess solid and proven connections/contacts in the B2B industry. Direct access to decision-makers in Hotels, Hospitals, and Large Corporates is essential.

• Mindset: Sales-oriented mindset with strong business awareness.

• Tech Savvy: Knowledge of current AI trends and a proven ability to learn them quickly.

• Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Languages: Good English communication skills.

• Traits: Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Compensation: Base salary from 18mil vnd - 25mil vnd + KPI bonuses.

Working hours: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and 2 Saturdays/month
