CEO AI Lab Assistant

This is an on-site, full-time role for a CEO AI Lab Assistant, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include providing operational and administrative support to the CEO in managing the AI Lab's activities, assisting in strategic planning and business development, and conducting research for AI and GenAI projects. Additional tasks may include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing operational workflows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the AI Lab.

• Strong skills in Finance and Operations Management to assist in efficient resource allocation and execution of strategic goals.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to support the development and implementation of innovative and growth-oriented projects.
• Experience in Sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics to drive business opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Previous experience or knowledge in technology-driven industries, particularly in AI and digital transformation, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage.
