About the Role
We're hiring aCentral Operation Manager (COM)- an advanced executive operator who sits in theCEO Officeand acts as the company'sexecution backbone.
Your job is simple, brutal, and measurable:turn CEO/Board decisions into delivered outcomes, andrun the information and operating systemso the organization moves fast, speaks one truth, and executes without drama.
This is not an assistant role. This is anexecution commandrole.
What You Own (Core Responsibilities)1) Run the Executive War-Room (Weekly Sitrep)
- Design and run theweekly Executive Sitrepas a real war-room: numbers variance risks decisions work orders.
- Enforcepre-read discipline (T-24h)and standardized reporting formats.
- Publish Sitrep outputs within hours:Decision Log, Work Orders, Red Flag updates, priority changes.
2) Issue & Control Executive Work Orders (EWO)
- Convert every CEO/Board command into abinding Executive Work Orderwith:
- one accountable owner
- measurable Definition of Done
- milestones, dependencies, risks, deadlines
- DriveACK/NACK discipline, check-in cadence, and escalation.
- Track EWO delivery end-to-end until verified and closed.
3) Command Capture & Decision Pipeline
- Capture orders from meetings/chats/calls and translate them into executable command cards.
- Build and enforce aDecision Request pipeline: data-ready, options, tradeoffs, recommendation no vague asks.
- Keep a clean, auditableDecision Log.
4) Truth System: Reporting, Metrics, and Information Control
- Maintain asingle source of truthfor executive numbers and operational status.
- Build the executive reporting system (weekly/monthly): KPIs, forecast, variance, root cause, countermeasures.
- Detect early risk signals and maintain theRed Flag Ledgerwith owners + mitigations.
5) Priority Arbitration & Focus Protection
- Protect company focus and CEO attention: kill distractions, force tradeoffs, publish theKill List.
- Break cross-functional deadlocks and push decisions through.
6) Internal Communications & Narrative Discipline
- Own internal executive communications: priority updates, policy broadcasts, decision summaries.
- Make sure the organization hearsone storylineand stops running on rumors.
7) Board & Stakeholder Operations (as needed)
- Support CEO on board cadence:Board Pack, meeting ops, commitment tracking.
- Track high-stakes stakeholder follow-ups (investors/partners/key customers when requested).
8) Crisis / Incident Command (P0 Mode)
- When emergencies happen: spin up the incident room, assign roles, run timeline, coordinate comms, drive postmortem.
What Success Looks Like (Measurable Outcomes)
- Executive meetings consistently outputdecisions + EWOs(not discussions).
- EWOs close on time with low rework and clean verification.
- Risks are surfaced early; Red Flags have owners and mitigation within 24 hours.
- Leaders stop debating which numbers are real.
- Cross-functional execution speeds up; fewer stuck forever initiatives.
- CEO's attention is protected; priorities are stable and enforced.
Required Skills & Experience
- 510+ years inExecutive Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, Program Management, COO office, or equivalent runs-the-company roles.
- Proven record runningexec cadence, driving cross-functional execution, and enforcing accountability with senior leaders.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguity intostructured plans, decisions, and operational contracts.
- Excellent writing: can produce crisp pre-reads, decision memos, and internal broadcasts.
- Strong quantitative discipline: understands KPIs, forecasts, variance analysis, operating metrics.
- Tough-minded and calm under pressure. You escalate early, not late.
- Experienced and comfortable to level up skills in sales, marketing, operation. You won't do a good job if you hesitate to get your hand dirty.

- Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech, restructuring, or turnaround environments.
- Familiarity with operating systems like OKRs, EOS, or similar but you must be able to go beyond the framework and build what works.
- Experience preparing board materials and managing board cadence.
