1. Job Description
1.1 Operations & Quality Management
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the center to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Monitor and continuously improve the quality of offline classes, including class schedules, facilities, and overall student experience.
1.2 Financial Management
- Track and manage daily and monthly income and expenses of the center.
- Control operational costs and propose solutions to optimize the budget.
1.3 Facilities & Vendor Management
- Manage the center's facilities, equipment, and assets.
- Coordinate and work with vendors and service providers (office supplies, equipment, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc.).
- Monitor equipment conditions and propose purchasing, repair, or replacement plans when necessary.
1.4 Other Administrative Tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the direct manager.
2. Requirements
- College or University degree (no specific major required).
- At least 34 years of experience in administrative roles, office management, or equivalent positions.
- Good at English.
- Strong sense of ownership with a holistic yet detail-oriented management mindset.
- Good skills in vendor coordination, task tracking, and operational control.
- Basic knowledge of cost management and incomeexpense reporting.
- Careful, proactive, flexible, and capable of handling situations effectively.
