Job Description

1. Job Description

1.1Operations & Quality Management

  • Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the center.
  • Monitor and continuously improve service quality, including facilities and customer service standards.

1.2Financial Management

  • Track and manage the center's daily and monthly income and expenses.
  • Control operational costs and propose cost-optimization and budgeting solutions.

1.3Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage daily office operations, work schedules, and staff coordination.
  • Oversee budgets for internal activities and events.
  • Prepare reports, consolidate data, and provide recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

1.4Event Coordination & Management

  • Plan events, prepare task checklists, and assign responsibilities for seminars, workshops, and fairs.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure accurate event information and promotional materials.
  • Manage event logistics, including materials, brochures, standees, stationery, and supplies.

1.5 Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Prepare performance reports for the team, recruitment results, and overall operational status.
  • Propose improvements to counselling processes, operations, and customer service.

2. Requirements

  • College or University degree (no specific major required).
  • At least 45 years of experience in Office Management, Store Management, Store Operation, or equivalent positions.
  • Good at English.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a holistic yet detail-oriented management mindset.
  • Good skills in vendor coordination, task tracking, and operational control.
  • Basic knowledge of cost management and incomeexpense reporting.
  • Careful, proactive, flexible, and capable of handling situations effectively.
