Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Training

  • Plan and work with Head of Sales /CEO for weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly activities to drive sales and re-sales
  • Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly to train/coach staff in department

2. New sales and repurchase management

  • Monitor sales and re-sales performance daily
  • Monitor conversion rate (visitors placement tests- sales) daily
  • Follow up bookings daily
  • Cooperate with other training centres to maximize sales and re-sales for the company
  • Monitor telesales activities at centre

3. Marketing

  • Online Marketing:work with Digital Marketing team to come up with ideas about the optimal Paid Marketing Strategy, involving, Paid Social (Facebook and local social media)
  • Offline and Integrated Marketing: development of localized marketing plans, materials, and tools to drive enrollments; cooperation with centers for events; public relations.

4. Customer satisfaction

  • Coaching and training team members at center
  • Conduct Workshop/Training for sales and care team

5. School partnership

  • Visit school to build relationships and organize events to generate leads
  • Monitor school contracts to make sure deliver good service to the students

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to think independently, thoroughly, and critically in fast-paced contexts
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from local, national, and international constituencies
  • Excellent communication and creative-thinking skills, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Ability to foster collaboration and trust, work collegially, and inspire others to high levels of performance
