Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving performance, implementing operational processes, and achieving business goals. The Center Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive learning environment and support the center's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability in leading and managing teams effectively to achieve objectives
• Customer Service and Communication: Strong skills in building customer relationships and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Sales and Business Development: Experience in driving sales growth and achieving business goals
• Organization and Problem-Solving: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to address challenges with effective solutions
• Experience in the education or language training industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with the Vietnamese market is a plus
