Your Role
As a Center Manager, you will act as the mini-CEO of your center setting strategy while staying close to the details. You'll build and lead high-performing teams, drive business growth, and ensure every learner's experience meets Apollo's standards.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Plan, forecast, and review center performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Define sales & customer experience targets and adjust strategies to deliver growth.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Academics, Operations, and Sales.
- Shape the culture of your center, building a motivated and committed team.
Operational Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly)
- Track sales, service, and retention KPIs daily and weekly; act fast when numbers are off-track.
- Monitor pipeline, customer feedback, and retention risks, then implement corrective actions.
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to meet weekly performance goals.
- Handle parent complaints and sensitive issues directly with professionalism.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and expenses to keep operations efficient and smooth.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in education, service, or international business.
- Proven success in sales and customer experience.
- Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
