Job Description

Working location: 18A Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

1. Contract & Procurement:

- Manage end-to-end contract process for operational services (vendors, OGP/OSP, etc.)

- Source and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing

- Prepare cost proposals and follow internal approval workflows

- Coordinate contract signing and renewa

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for monthly and ad-hoc expenses

2. Cost Control & Tracking

- Monitor and track monthly operating expenses (utilities, logistics, warehouse costs, etc.)

- Upload and maintain cost data in internal systems

- Track OGP/OSP volume and cost across multiple regions

- Consolidate and report monthly expense

3. Reconciliation & payment

- Perform monthly cost reconciliation

- Vendor invoice and related expenses

- Ensure accuracy between actual costs & invoices

- Coordinate with Finance to process payments on time

3. Reporting & admin support

- Prepare monthly OT reports, incentives

- Support internal audits and documentation

- Handle ad-hoc admin tasks

Your Skills & Requirements

  • Good oral and written communication skill in Vietnamese and English
  • English & Vietnamese translation skill required
  • Good computer literacy
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity
  • University or College graduation; Finance/Accounting/Administration is preferred
  • Hard working, diligent, & Self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure
