- Review and update data of existing and potential suppliers
- Processes requisitions by verifying bids, costs, documentation and authorization
- Coordinate with R&D, QM, QA, Restaurant System, Production team to control good quality and complete materials supply on time in full
- Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material/ availability and prepares market analysis reports. Prepare purchasing contract, monitor and proceed payments properly
- Support sourcing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, costs saving, costs avoidance, costs competitiveness.,
- Evaluate and monitor suppliers performance to meet company's standards
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement process including speed and service level to internal stakeholders
- Others task will be assigned if any
2. Yu cu
- At least 2 years experiences purchasing or procurement function Packaging, Non Food, Machinery and Engineered Products
- Good data analytical skill
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven for excellence
- Good at English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Have understanding on local F&B market is preferable
- Able to work under high pressure
- Careful, honest, dedicated and high team-work spirit
