Our Case Processing & Client Support Department plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth case processing, handling client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with immigration procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Case Processing Support, you will be responsible for:
- Case Processing Support: Assist Legal Department's members in handling client applications, ensuring documents are complete and meet all requirements.
- International Partner Collaboration: Coordinate closely with international partners to ensure client documents are well organized and processed efficiently, particularly for clients residing abroad.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering inquiries professionally and promptly via phone, email, and inperson meetings to complete the after-sales/ after-approval services.
- Customer Service Excellence: Enhance the overall client experience by maintaining a clientcentric and solutionoriented approach.
- Administrative Support: Organize and maintain client records, ensuring all case files are welldocumented and accessible.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on immigration regulations, government policies, and best practices to provide accurate information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Communication & Consulting Skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and provide professional, client-focused consultation.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal studies from the law schools in Vietnam (preferably from HCMC University of Law, University of Economics and Law, and University of Economics HCMC) with a minimum GPA of 3.0. We are particularly interested in candidates who do not intend to practice Vietnamese law, or who have completed legal training but do NOT wish to pursue a legal practice career in Vietnam.
- Minimum experience: 12 years in customer service, case processing, legal support, or administrative roles (preferably in immigration services or a legal setting).
- Foreign Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 with no skill lower than 6.0 and/or TOEIC 800+)for international communication.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- ClientFocused Mindset: Strong ability to provide professional and empathetic client support.
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- SolutionOriented Thinking: Ability to resolve client concerns and challenges proactively.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Works well under pressure, maintains professionalism, and meets tight deadlines.
- Strong-and-Open-minded: A strong-minded approach is vital for navigating complex legal issues and scenarios. This attribute denotes the ability to uphold convictions and decisions while remaining open to constructive feedback and differing viewpoints. CAREER PATH
- Case Processing Support(2-month Probation + 10-month Official Challenging Period): Comprehensive training in all aspects of processing within the Investment Immigration field. If the candidate demonstrates performance beyond the required standards, the Challenging Period may be shortened, allowing an early promotion to Processing Specialist Level 1.

WORKING HOURS:
- 08:30 AM 06:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime may be required when urgent client responses or calls are needed, or when company online/offline marketing events require your participation.)
WORKING OFFICE:
- Office Villa 215 F1, Nguyn Vn Hng Street, An Ph Wards, Th c City, H Ch Minh City, Vit Nam(This Tho in office will be officially operational from 01/01/2026 and is completely brand new.)
