Our Legal and Compliance Department plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth case processing, handling client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with immigration procedures.

WORKING OFFICE

• Office Villa 215 F1, Nguyn Vn Hng Street, An Ph Ward, Th c City (District 2), H Ch Minh City, Vit Nam.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday | 08:30 AM 06:00 PM | 12:00 PM 01:00 PM (1 hour) | Total Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
• Mandatory Attendance: Attend all official Company events (online or offline).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Immigration by Investment Case Assessment & Compliance Intern at Portico & Bridge, you will:

COMPLIANCE & ASSESSMENT(40%)

• Evaluate client eligibility for various immigration by investment programs in accordance with company standards prior to contract execution.
• Implement and enforce the company's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to support successful contract closure by consultants.
• Assist clients in collecting and preparing required documents for the Client Assessment process.
• Draft legal documents related to the Company's immigration and investment programs under assignment from the Legal Team Leader / Legal Director.
• Communicate program regulations, processes, and conditions to legal staff and consultants as assigned.
• Stay up to date on immigration laws, government regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with international law firms to design legal and compliance solutions before contract signing.
• Support project due diligence, including reviewing overseas investment projects for legal compliance and financial transparency.

LEGAL SUPPORT (30%)

• Advise clients on legal frameworks and regulatory requirements of immigration by investment programs.
• Assist legal professionals in developing legal options related to finance, immigration, and investment matters.
• Prepare and review full sets of legal service agreements and documentation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on Vietnamese and International legal procedures.

ADMINISTRATIVE & CUSTOMER SERVICE (15%)

• Communicate with clients professionally, handling inquiries with high standards of service.
• Collect and verify documents through multiple channels to complete evaluation before contract signing.
• Work effectively under pressure to ensure compliance deadlines and service quality.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (15%)

• Work closely with the Consultant Team during pre-contract phases to facilitate contract closure.
• Provide settlement support and customer service to Vietnamese clients.
• Act as a communication link between the Legal Department and Consulting Team for smooth workflow.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Professional Foundation & Academic Excellence

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields. High affinity for graduates from UEH or ULAW.
• Academic Pedigree: A solid foundation demonstrated by a Minimum GPA of $3.5/4.0$.
• Linguistic Precision: English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700+. Ability to navigate legal terminology with elegance in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience:Minimum 1 year experience.
