Job Description:
- Career guidance for students, alumni, future students (high school students) within the framework of the Career Success program: consulting, evaluating, supporting CVs, interviews, career skills, AI applications
- Conducting direct/online consultation sessions with individuals and groups on career orientation, job search skills and internships
- Organizing a series of career events: Job Fairs, Seminars with industry experts, etc.
- Designing a Career Success career training program framework that is suitable for market trends and student needs
- Building and managing a career data system, including student profiles, employers and personal development processes
- Conducting periodic reports and in-depth research on career trends, skill needs and the labor market
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Business, Management, Human Development, Career Guidance, Coaching & Consulting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates with experience in an international education environment, or in the fields of Recruitment, Talent Development, Training, Coaching & Consulting, Career Guidance
- Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills in English and Vietnamese
- Skills in building training programs and projects related to career guidance
- Passionate about supporting personal and career development for students
- Knowledge of career resources, assessment tools and career trends, labor market and job opportunities
- Preferred - candidates with the ability to build a network of relationships
- Preferred - candidates with the ability to coordinate large-scale events
- Preferred - candidates with planning, organizing and budget management skills books, coordinate and resolve problems promptly
- Preferred - candidates with an international certificate in Career Guidance, Life Coaching
