Job Description

Role Overview

Join Circle's Card Product team and help take our card products from concept to launch. You will turn customer insight into product requirements, work side by side with Engineering, QA, Risk, and Compliance to build them on our Card Management System, and stay hands-on through UAT until the feature ships. Real ownership from day one — and we are open to strong freshers.

Product Development & Execution

  • Market Research & CVP Design: Analyze customer trends to design competitive card value propositions, features, and user journeys.
  • Define BRD / functional requirements and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement features on the Card Management System (CMS).
  • Facilitate daily syncs and track task progress across cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Operations).
  • Testing & Launch: Collaborate with the QA team to draft comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for card onboarding, transaction flows, card limits, and fee setups. Participate directly in UAT execution, log bugs, track fixes, and ensure the product meets high-quality standards and security compliance before release.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage partnerships with internal teams and external business partners.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure full alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and scheme standards.
