RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build up Control rules, reports and tools to prevent risky activities incurred on Card System related. Give idea to improve job and assure card operation activities can run smoothly under control rules. Besides, be a contact point to make payment for vendors and responsible all tasks/ reports related to cost management of Card operation department
- Assess the internal documents to propose and build up the Legal process and the Standardized process diagrams which is in compliance with the common orientation from time to time. Regularly review the existing Card Operation processes and related processes to promptly update activities as the current regulations.
- Support team to provide reports to Audit, SBV... about credit card operation activities.
- Participant in projects & change requests of company to build up new function, improve and automate credit card operation activities.
- Making projection, monitoring and executing all tasks related to cost of Card operations
- Monitoring, updating information and control register user/ application from Card International organization
- Others task from Manager as each period time
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor University, preferably in Economy, Finance, Banking, IT
2. Experience:
- 05 years experiences with Card activities and experience in Card Management systems is preferable
- Minimum of 3 years related to card control & process
3. Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Time management, logical thinking and presentation skills
- Good in English
- Teamwork skill
