Location: HCMC, Vietnam (Remote / Independent)

Rouge is a global private capital platform with a 17+ year track record and a deep heritage across Asian markets. We are seeking independent dealmakers, corporate advisors, and private capital professionals in HCMC Vietnam to join us as Venture Advisors. You will monetize your network by connecting Retail/Consumer LPs, GPs, and high-growth target private businesses to our equity-building services and syndicate deals, while gaining direct access to our international capital network to syndicate your own dealflow.

What You'll Do

• Network Monetization: Introduce active Retail/Consumer LPs, PE/VC firms, investors, family offices, and sector-focused GPs, and private businesses to Rouge's platform and syndicates.
• Deal Origination: Source high-conviction Retail/Consumer targets needing equity building, valuation optimization, and cross-border expansion needs.
• Cross-Border Intermediary: Facilitate two-way dealflow and co-investment opportunities international capital markets.

What We Look For

• Active HCMC Network: Direct line to regional LPs, institutional capital, founders, private businesses networks.
• Private Markets Background: Proven familiarity with capital, PE, VC fund structures, term sheets, origination, and capital placement.
• Transaction Experience: Practical BD or deal execution skills with an appetite for uncapped, success-based carry and fee splits.

Reference Letter: At the end of your term, you will be provided with a reference letter as proof of work with Rouge. The content of the letter will be tied to your performance evaluation by the leaders, Management, and executives. The letter is crucial as other companies will be using it as evidence for background checks directly with the executives.

General Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good & CLEAR English (written and verbal)
• Good professional attitude, responsible, team player, independent, disciplined, strong leaders
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively in a remote team environment; motivating others & be a leader
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in major AI & web tools like Grok, Gemini, Canva, etc
• Physically located in Asia time zones preferred (Between UTC+3 to UTC+12) (except for certain Divisions)
