Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to support recruitment, talent assessment, and development initiatives, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating interviews, preparing candidate profiles, maintaining accurate records in talent databases, and assisting with market research on leadership and talent trends. The role also involves contributing to client presentations, supporting coaching and mentoring programs, and collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and deliverables. The candidate is expected to uphold professional standards of confidentiality, communication, and service excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic research and analytical skills to support market mapping, talent insights, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and CRM or applicant tracking systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused setting.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience in recruitment or consulting is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in talent development, coaching, or HR consulting, with a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
