The duties and responsibilities of the Campus Identity & Engagement Officer are included but not limited to:
1. Market research and merchandise demand analysis
- Conduct market research on campus needs and trends
- Identify suitable merchandise aligned with VGU identity
- Propose new product ideas
2. Product development and supplier coordination
- Work with VGU designers and external suppliers
- Develop new branded products
- Ensure product quality and branding compliance
3. Procurement and inventory management
- Manage purchasing of merchandise
- Track and control inventory levels
- Ensure proper stock planning and storage
4. UniShop operations (sales and customer service)
- Operate daily UniShop activities (offline and online)
- Handle sales transactions and customer inquiries
- Provide high-quality customer service
5. Reporting and sales performance tracking
- Prepare sales and operational reports
- Analyze performance and trends
- Provide recommendations for improvement
6. Promotion and marketing activities
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Manage marketing content (online and offline) - Increase visibility of UniShop products
7. Website and digital platform management
- Maintain UniShop website and product platforms
- Update product information and content
- Ensure user-friendly experience
8. Merchandise support for university events
- Prepare and supply merchandise for events
- Coordinate with departments for requirements - Ensure timely delivery
9. Promotional campaigns and engagement activities
- Organize campaigns to promote campus identity through merchandise
- Engage students and staff through activities and workshops
- Support branding initiatives
10. Cultural and community engagement support
- Support cultural exchange activities through UniShop, Café, etc.
- Promote diversity and institutional identity
- Collaborate with relevant units
11. Training and operational support
- Ensure proper procedures for sales and operations
- Maintain documentation and guidelines
12. Budget planning and cost control
- Plan and monitor budget for merchandise and operations
- Optimize cost efficiency
13. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
14. Budget planning and forecast for assigned tasks when needed
15. Organize major campus-wide events or campaigns
16. Review and update campus identity strategies
What we look for
1. Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
2. Knowledge
