Analyze outbound travel and digital wallet usage trends in Vietnam and Asia; develop growth strategies across travel product categories (flights, hotels, attractions, transportation, etc.) to improve DAT, retention, new user orders, and repurchase.
Support Alipay+ partner wallets and regional teams; collaborate with Vietnam travel, lifestyle, and retail merchants to enhance Alipay+ Travel Solution growth.
Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies using Alipay+ brand, Vietnam wallet partners, and industry resources to drive user acquisition and strengthen brand presence.
Lead online/offline campaigns, content initiatives, and themed events to grow the Vietnam user base and improve conversion performance.
Use data insights to understand Vietnam market user behavior, identify innovative marketing scenarios, and refine lifecycle operations.
Drive cross-functional growth projects through close coordination with product, tech, UED, marketing, and external partners.
Facilitate communication and effective execution across teams to localize and implement business and marketing strategies for the Vietnam market.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, brand/marketing operations, channel operations, or integrated marketing. Experience in crossborder travel, OTA, O2O, or digital wallet industries is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, business insight, and ability to independently execute 0to1 projects.
Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills; able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and drive results.
Brand-sensitive with strong awareness of marketing trends and the ability to respond quickly to market needs.
Experience working with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) or multipartner marketing campaigns in Asia is advantageous.
Proficiency in English and Vietnam (working language). Additional Asian languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel within Asia occasionally; longer assignments are a plus.
