In this role, you will be responsible for all below Campaign Operations activities, including:
- Bring campaigns to life by supporting end-to-end setup - from planning to execution - across key onsite channels (homepage, campaign pages, homepage tool tips,..)
- Coordinate across departments (Category, Design, Marketing, Traffic,..) to ensure all campaign assets and content go live on time and with high accuracy
- Curate compelling product selections that align with campaign themes and shopper interests, maximizing traffic and conversion
- Track and manage campaign milestones, ensuring smooth execution through detailed planning, campaign calendar alignment, and clear documentation
- Monitor live campaign performance, flag issues promptly, and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot in real time
- Support ad hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth daily execution
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree, major in Economics/ Commerce is preferred
- Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management
- 3+ year of working experience
- Good at communication with different stakeholders
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
