Responsible for overseeing team performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Oversee numerous campaigns in the finance industry, covering various sub-industries such as consumer loans, fintech, banking apps, insurance (life and non-life), stock investment, HR, etc., for top clients including TCBS, MB Bank, FE Credit, Credit, VPS stock marketplace, etc.
Lead strategic planning for specific finance sub-categories designated by the BOD.
Collaborate with team members to devise strategies and solutions to enhance campaign performance and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Develop Affiliate Marketing strategies to position our company as a leading channel for clients in Vietnam and monitor competitors performance.
Assist team members in negotiating with clients to secure favorable campaign conditions for both publishers and our company.
Regularly liaise with internal teams including publisher management, customer service, technical, and marketing teams to effectively manage advertising campaigns.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
Maintain client relationships with the aim of enhancing ad campaign performance.
Manage teams to achieve KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities are essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, hands-on experience is advantageous, particularly in the Finance industry (e.g., small consumer loans, fintech, medium consumer loans, credit cards, insurance, stock investment, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in team leadership.
Possess a good marketing mindset with basic commercial awareness.
Positive attitude and fast learner.
Demonstrated high level of responsibility for work.
Ability to perform well under pressure, quickly identify and effectively solve problems.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Experience in operating loan products is highly desirable.
