Purpose

Leadtheplanningandexecutionofintegratedsocialcommercecampaignsthatcombinemedia,content,affiliates,ande-commerceoperations.Ensureeverycampaignfromproductlaunchtomega-saleeventisdeliveredontime,onbrand,andoptimizedforsalesconversion.

1.CampaignPlanning&Strategy

  • Translatecommercialobjectivesintoclearcampaignplanswithtimelines,budgets,andKPIs.
  • Turncommercialgoalsintoclearcampaignplanswithtimelines,budgets,andKPIs.
  • Designcampaignframeworksthatintegratelivecommerce,affiliateamplification,paidmedia,andplatform-nativeactivations.
  • Campaigndesignframeworkintegratesdirectcommerce,linkamplification,paidmedia,andnativeplatformactivation.
  • AlignwithCommercialManagersonbrandpriorities,promotions,andproductpushes.
  • AssociatewiththeTradeManageronbrandpriorities,promotionsandproductpromotion.

2.Execution&Coordination

  • Implementation&Coordination
  • Leadend-to-endexecutionofcampaignsacrossMedia,StoreOps,andCommercialteams.
  • Performend-to-endcampaignsacrossMedia,StoreOpsandCommercialteams.
  • Managecampaigncalendars(e.g.,11.11,12.12,brandlaunches,seasonalpromotions).
  • Ensureproductlistings,creativeassets,liveshows,andpaidmediaarereadyonschedule.

3.Platform&PartnerCollaboration

  • Coordinatewithplatformcampaignmanagers(Shopee,Lazada,TikTokShop,Tiki)tosecureslotsandco-marketingopportunities.
  • Partnerwithbrandteamstoensurecampaignobjectivesandcontentarealigned.
  • Workwithbrandteamstoensurecampaigngoalsandcontentarealigned.

4.Performance&Optimization

  • TrackcampaignKPIs:GMV,ROI,conversionrates,mediaefficiency,andengagement.
  • Identifylearningsandapplyoptimizationsforfuturecampaigns.
  • Sharepost-campaignreportswithactionableinsights.

5.TeamLeadership&Process

  • MentorandguideCampaignExecutivesorcross-functionalcontributors.
  • Standardizecampaignworkflows,checklists,andreportingtemplates.
  • Actasthecentralpointofaccountabilityforcampaigndelivery.
  • Serveascentralpointofaccountabilityforcampaigndelivery.

Qualifications

  • 46yearsofexperienceincampaignmanagement,trademarketing,ordigitalmarketing(socialcommerce/e-commercepreferred).
  • Strongtrackrecordinplanningandexecutingmulti-channelcampaigns.
  • Experienceworkingwithe-commerceplatformsandretailmedia(Shopee,Lazada,TikTokShop).
  • Excellentprojectmanagementskills:highlyorganized,deadline-oriented,detail-oriented.
  • Strongcommunicator,abletoalignmultipleteamsandstakeholders.
  • Analyticalandresults-oriented;comfortablewithcampaignperformancedashboards.
  • FluentinVietnamese;Englishproficiencyisaplus.
