SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER (FULL-STACK)
Location: Khu Trung Sn, Bnh Hng, HCM
Salary: 25 35 triu VND (gross)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of scalable web applications within the .NET ecosystem.
In this role, you will not only focus on hands-on development but also play an important part in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and establishing best practices across development, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing systems; develop new products (primarily .NET-based web applications)
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design and implement applications in collaboration with Technical Architects and Product Managers
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to mentor junior developers
- Promote and apply best practices across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET developmen
Technical Skills
Backend (.NET)
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Solid experience with Entity Framework Core
Frontend
- Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework:
- ReactJS, Vue, or Svelte
Database
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with database design, optimization, tuning, partitioning, clustering
- Basic experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
System Design
- Basic experience with microservices architecture
- Authentication & authorization: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis)
DevOps & Cloud
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
SDLC & Tools
- Git version control
- CI/CD pipelines
- Unit & Integration Testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq)
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills
- Basic leadership skills or willingness to take on a team-leading role
- Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for learning new technologies
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience with other programming languages: Python (preferred), Node.js
- Exposure to AI / Machine Learning
- Mobile application development experience (Flutter, Xamarin)
