C#/.Net Developer

SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER (FULL STACK)

At Innomation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to join

our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web

applications using the .NET ecosystem.

You will also mentor junior developers, drive technical decisions, and help establish best practices for

development, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance the company's current systems and develop new products (mostly .NET web

apps)

Communicate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translate business into technical

solutions

Design and implement applications with collaborations from Technical Architects and product

managers

Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge

sharing to improve team's skill set.

Lead the team in adopting best practices in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent

experience).

More than 3 years of professional experience in full-stack .NET development

Technical:

o Backend (.NET): Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC/Web

API, Entity Framework Core

o Frontend: Strong proficiency in at least 1 of the frameworks: Svelte, Vue, ReactJS

o Database: Strong proficiency in Relational Databases (SQLServer, PostgreSQL,

MySQL), including design, profile, tuning, partition, cluster... and basic in NoSQL

(MongoDB)

o System design: Basic experience with microservices architecture,

authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT), message brokers

(RabbitMQ), cache (Redis)...

o DevOps: Experience in packaging and deploying applications using Docker, k8s

o Cloud: Familiarity with at least 1 of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP

o SDLC: Experience with Git, CI/CD, Unit/Integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq), and

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Communication: good communication in both English and Vietnamese

Leading: have basic skills of leading a team (or be willing to take the role)

Passion for learning new technologies

Plus points

Other programming languages: Python (preferred), NodeJS

Experience in AI/ML

Mobile apps development (Flutter, Xamarin)
