- Support job evaluation, salary structure design, market benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Directly manage a small team (2-3 members), ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, PIT, SHUI, and related reports.
- Hands-on involvement in payroll operations, including checking data, validating outputs, and resolving payroll-related issues.
- Administer and enhance employee benefits programs (health insurance, mandatory insurance, wellness initiatives) in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze labor cost, payroll data, and compensation metrics; prepare periodic reports and suggest optimization actions.
- Ensure HR policies and compensation & benefits practices comply with Vietnam Labor Code and financial industry regulations.
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor updates in labor laws and proactively recommend adjustments to internal policies and payroll practices.
- Other tasks assigned by C&B Manager/ Head of HR.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related fields
- .4–6 years of experience in C&B / Payroll, with experience leading a small team or senior specialist level handling end-to-end payroll
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll, tax (PIT), and insurance regulations
- Strong attention to detail with hands-on payroll processing capability
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and data handling skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Good English skills
