Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phuoc Dong IZ for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing employee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. The specialist will handle payroll cycle, ensure compliance with local labor laws, analyze compensation data, and provide recommendations. Collaborating with HR and management, the C&B Specialist will develop and maintain reward strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits management, and payroll administration
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess compensation competitiveness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an HR or compensation-focused role is preferred
