Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits according to company regulations.
- Monitor and manage various types of employment contracts, and handle procedures for signing, renewing, and terminating contracts.
- Manage, update, and store personnel records and employee information in HR software or physical files.
- Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax for employees.
- Perform other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from College/University (preferably in Human Resources, Economics, or Law).
- At least 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Proficient in Excel, knowledgeable about labor law, social insurance, and personal income tax.
- Careful, discreet, and responsible in work.
Location: 424 Vo Van Kiet Street, Co Giang Ward, District 1
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (required to work at least 2 Saturdays per month).
