This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The C&B Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs. Key responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, salary benchmarking, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role will also require collaborating with different teams to ensure employees compensation aligns with the company's goals and values while providing support for policy formulation and process enhancement.

• Experience in compensation and benefits planning, payroll management, and employee benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills in benchmarking, labor cost analysis, and market trend evaluations
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using HR systems and tools for managing data and reports
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidentiality
• Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Experience in the gaming industry or multinational environments is a plus
