Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced C&B Specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and developing competitive compensation structures that attract and retain talent.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, well-versed in Vietnamese labor law, and has experience not only in operational tasks but also in building C&B frameworks and recognition programs.
** Key Responsibilities**
1/ Payroll & Compliance
- Accurately manage monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Vietnamese labor laws.
- Validate and process timesheets, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related data.
- Handle all social insurance (SI, HI, UI) processes: registration, adjustments, and final settlements.
- Prepare and submit monthly PIT declarations and handle annual PIT finalization for employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and provide required reports for audit or management purposes.
2/ Employment Documentation
- Draft, review, and manage all employment contracts, annexes, renewals, and termination documents.
- Ensure smooth offboarding process including final settlement, exit interviews, and reporting.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR system in a timely and confidential manner.
3/ C&B Policy & Structure
- Support the design, review, and implementation of C&B structures, salary scales, and grading systems.
- Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to support compensation proposals for new hires or internal transfers.
- Develop and maintain employee recognition programs and initiatives that promote engagement and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in C&B, with strong focus on payroll, PIT, SI, and labor law compliance.
- Proven experience in building or improving C&B policies, structures, or recognition frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (e.g., MISA, Bravo, HRIS tools, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
