Responsibilities
1. Contract & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract preparation, renewals, and separations in accordance with company policies.
Keep employee master data up to date and produce adhoc HR reports when needed.
2. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Carry out C&B processes with accuracy and within required timelines.
Assist in communicating C&B policies and ensure employees clearly understand related procedures.
3. HRIS & Data Administration
Operate HR systems, manage attendance records, and address system issues as they arise.
Safeguard the accuracy, alignment, and completeness of HR data within the HRIS.
4. Vendor Coordination
Manage data for outsourced employees.
Work with external vendors to ensure timely and precise processing of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Taxrelated tasks.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Collect, organize, and store employee records in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Meticulous, proactive, and detailfocused, with a strong customerservice mindset.
Excellent communication abilities and solid problemsolving skills.
Good knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, payroll regulations, and labor relations.
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: Up to 15 triu VND (Gross)
Probation period: 2 months.
Workplace: Company office in Ho Chi Minh City.
