- Payroll
- Calculation for termination cases (2 times per month, approximately 40 EE/month)
- Check historical record of employees for insurance, T&A, payslips, severance, etc.
- Input and run SSL
- Run and check payslip from ADP
- Process bank file to Citibank
- Calculation monthly incentives (approx. 2200 entitled employees)
- Check eligible EE name list in the financial cut-off period
- Check the points given by Department (in current month and payback for previous months)
- Calculate the monthly OIP payout and seek approval from Head department
- Monthly payroll calculation:
- Cross check the new hire information in P-File and Oracle
- Clarify the monthly payroll inputs provided
- Input and run SSL: new hires, changes in the month, Timesheet, insurances, tax, allowances, bonus, other payments & deduction in the month
- Check payroll register vs shadow payroll
- Rerun and add new SSL (if any)
- Tax
- Monthly PIT report:
- Receive the PIT report from ADP
- Add and gross up the net income for tax calculation purposes
- Prepare the final PIT report and tax return for review
- Prepare the payment request for approval and finance processing
- Prepare the year end tax documents for employees & resignees upon their requests
- Deliver the documents to the requestor and record sufficiently
- Others
- Prepare e-payslip related material for manufacturing employees
- Distribute the prepared material to each department data admin for distribution
- Support operation employees resetting ADP password
- Answer employees queries related to payroll
- Ad-hoc request from HRBP, other departments
- File the related payroll documents in the designated folders
- Provide data for social compliance audit
- Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll, preferable in manufacturing organization
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a great sense of urgency
- Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Vietnam
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft is a must
