Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Design and manage salary structures, grading systems, and incentive frameworks aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain payroll governance, benefits administration, and compliance with labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.
  • Lead annual salary review cycles and bonus planning processes.
  • Conduct manpower cost analysis and workforce budgeting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and pay-for-performance alignment.
2. HRIS / Payroll System Implementation & Optimization
  • Actively participate in or lead HRIS/payroll system implementation projects.
  • Define business requirements (BRD) and map C&B processes into system workflows.
  • Design payroll formulas, allowance structures, and incentive logic within system configuration.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors throughout blueprint design, UAT testing, deployment, and go-live stages.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and reduce manual processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, master data governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive system adoption through training and change management initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
3. Governance & Reporting
  • Develop standardized C&B policies and procedures.
  • Strengthen approval workflows and Delegation of Authority controls.
  • Deliver executive-level reports on headcount trends, manpower costs, and compensation analytics.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven experience participating in or leading HRIS/payroll system implementation projects (full lifecycle exposure preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payroll configuration, incentive logic, and automation processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, external vendors).
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, personal income tax, and social insurance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with HRIS/payroll platforms is required.
  • Project management and change management experience is a strong advantage.
