Job Description

Mission

- Control C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports;

- Ensure C&B practices respect local labor law and the policies of company;

- Implement and optimize C&B strategies to attract, retain talents as well as to drive the achievements of business objectives while maintaining efficient personnel administration and team coordination.

Responsibility

A/ C&B (75%)

· Manage and maintain employee records ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

· Administer labor contracts, renewals, and contract amendments in a timely manner.

· Handle payroll operations including timesheet verification, salary calculation, overtime, PIT and payroll reports.

· Manage personal income tax registration, declarations, and annual tax finalization for employees.

· Administer social insurance processes including registration, reporting, employee benefits, and insurance closing procedures.

· Support the development and implementation of compensation & benefits policies, programs, and procedures.

· Participate in local compensation & benefits surveys to ensure market competitiveness.

· Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, policies, and labor regulations.

· Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional working environment aligned with company values.

B/ Maintenance personnel management and task allocation (20%)

C/ Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager (5%)

Competency

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience: From 4 years of experience in C&B or HR general practice. Working experience in F&B industry is a plus
  • Functional Skills:

- Effective data analysis, critical thinking, and experimentation skills

- Demonstrate ability to do multitasks with a constant eye on quality and work under pressure

- Good time and task management ability

- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills

- Proven ability to determine root cause and implement effective solutions
