Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and improving the company's compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR administration processes. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while delivering accurate payroll, statutory contributions, employee benefits, and HR reporting. The position also supports the development of compensation structures, salary reviews, budgeting, HR systems, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure competitive rewards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, Compensation & Benefits, PIT, and statutory insurance.
  • Develop and maintain C&B policies, salary structures, and HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Support salary benchmarking, audits, and HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 YoE in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, labor law, social insurance, and PIT.
  • Good English communication and strong Excel/analytical skills.
