C&B - Social Insurance (6 months contract)

• Title: Payroll Service Support
• Working location: KCN Long Hau, Can Giuoc, Long An (have shuttle bus from HCM)
• Working hour: 8:00 to 16:15, Mon to Fri

1. Job Description

• Support employees inquiries regarding Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) policies, procedures, and benefits
• Manage and track changes in allowances and salary components for accurate SI contribution calculations
• Handle SI registration, amendment, and termination processes in compliance with local regulations
• Prepare and submit monthly SI reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant authorities
• Coordinate and process dependent registrations, benefit claims (sick leave, maternity, etc.), and reimbursement procedures
• Maintain and update employee SI records and documentation in internal systems
• Liaise with social insurance authorities to resolve issues, audits, and inspections when required
• Support internal stakeholders on SI-related matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist in process improvements and documentation related to SI operations

2. Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in the area of Social Insurance, preferable in manufacturing organization
• Ability to work under pressure with 3000 employees
• Good English communication
• Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Vietnam
• Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems (iBHXH, PIT) and high proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft is a must

3. Benefits

• Salary Negotiable & Breakfast allowance 300,000 VND/month
