ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The C&B Senior Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to compensation and benefits management, including implementing C&B strategies, managing payroll, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 70% - Be in charge of performing the full spectrum of Compensation and benefits, including:
- Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances, and bonuses following company policies;
- Make monthly/periodic internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities;
- Handled HR benefits administration, including self-insured, group life insurance, as well as expatriate & director's benefits administration;
- Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance: Increasing, decreasing, changing salary report, benefits claiming for staff, monthly reconcile SHUI report data;
- PIT declaration, PIT finalization & dependent registration;
- Monitor attendance/leave records of employees.
- 20% - HR Administration:
- Monthly Workshare report;
- Labor report for Labor authorities;
- Manage employee profile and storage logically;
- Update, follow up, and manage employee social book (hard copy).
- 10% - Other tasks are assigned by management.
- Occasional duties:
- Support HR Manager to prepare annual budget and monitor budget implementation;
- Conduct and prepare data for salary survey. Continuously improve the salary, welfare, and bonus system/policies for employees;
- Assist HR Manager in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc..
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have background working at a company with more than 100 employees;
- Have more than 1 year experience as C&B specialist or as Payroll accountant;
- Understand labor code and other related laws and regulations;
- Have knowledge about Salary & benefit structure is a plus;
- Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking;
- Improvise and handle situations and analyze data at a high level;
- Good at English, both speaking and writing;
- Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Good at MS PowerPoint is an advantage;
- Meticulous, ingenious, careful, and detailed, as well as good memory and a love for numbers;
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet targets & deadlines;
- Bachelor of Human Resource Management, C&B, Accounting.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
