Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Executive. The C&B Executive will be responsible for developing and managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include payroll processing, maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits, analyzing compensation trends, and providing recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction. The role will involve active collaboration with HR and management teams to optimize remuneration strategies and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Compensation, Benefits administration, and Payroll management.
- Skills in Data Analysis and Compliance with labor and tax regulations.
- Efficient in HR Management Systems, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in C&B or HR roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English are highly desirable.
