Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Check attendance, check sales incentive and proceed monthly payroll calculation for all employees, ensure to pay salary on time.
  • Consult and answer questions from staff about salary, benefits, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager and HR Manager.
  • Work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions.
  • Manage employee database and make headcount report monthly.
  • Draw up labor contracts, contracts renewal/ amendment/ termination, promotion letter, salary review letter, etc.
  • Claim healthcare insurance for employees and increase/ decrease healthcare cost (if any).
  • Register PIT code and dependents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Laws or relevant majors.
  • At least 2 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Skills in data processing and reporting, have been using payroll software for at least 1 year.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, hard-working.
