JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check attendance, check sales incentive and proceed monthly payroll calculation for all employees, ensure to pay salary on time.
- Consult and answer questions from staff about salary, benefits, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager and HR Manager.
- Work with development teams and product managers to create software solutions.
- Manage employee database and make headcount report monthly.
- Draw up labor contracts, contracts renewal/ amendment/ termination, promotion letter, salary review letter, etc.
- Claim healthcare insurance for employees and increase/ decrease healthcare cost (if any).
- Register PIT code and dependents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Laws or relevant majors.
- At least 2 year of experience in similar positions.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Skills in data processing and reporting, have been using payroll software for at least 1 year.
- Good communication skill in English.
- Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, hard-working.
