C&B Deputy Manager/ Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee experience. This role plays a critical part in shaping HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and financial industry regulations in Vietnam, while supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and implement a holistic Total Rewards framework, including salary, incentives, benefits, recognition programs, and employee experience initiatives.
- Ensure reward programs are competitive, equitable, and performance-driven to support business goals and workforce needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and recommend enhancements based on market trends and internal feedback.
- Lead and oversee the development, review, and revision of HR policies and regulations related to compensation, benefits, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and leave management.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with Vietnam's Labor Code and financial sector regulations.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure HR practices meet audit and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry regulations, and proactively adjust internal policies accordingly.
- Manage job evaluation processes, salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Manage Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll and benefits processing.
- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives) in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Analyze labor costs and performance indicators related to compensation and provide periodic reports, and improvement recommendations based on data.
- Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of HR.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration, with at least 04-05 years in a managerial role in large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good English skill.
