You will play a key role in driving cross-functional transformation initiatives within Operations, acting as a PMO who can adapt across different problem spaces (operations, logistics, product, cost, user experience). This role offers broad exposure to strategic projects, including but not limited to AI, process optimization, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive key workstreams within cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring progress, quality, and timely delivery.
- Act as a PMO across multiple initiatives, supporting planning, tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
- Translate business problems into structured analyses, clear workplans, and execution roadmaps.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights across various topics (e.g., operational performance, user behavior, process gaps, cost drivers).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and follow-through on deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
- Support implementation of initiatives across different domains (e.g., process improvements, new feature rollout, operational pilots).
- Prepare clear and concise materials (reports, dashboards, presentations) for internal discussions and management updates.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, PMO, or operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive insights
- Solid project management and execution capability (planning, tracking, coordination)
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams/projects in parallel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
