Principal Responsibilities
- Develop functional requirements and design documentation.
- Support testing and training activities.
- Gather, review, analyze, and evaluate user needs.
Functional Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between business users/BSAs and IT project teams.
- Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements and business rules.
- Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and respond to test team queries.
- Design use cases, functional specs, and screen prototypes.
- Review test cases.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, test teams, business users, and architects.
- Contribute to user guides, reference manuals, training materials, and code release artifacts.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- No direct supervisory duties.
- May mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
- Over 2 years of business systems analysis or comparable business experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Competency levels range from 1 (Basic Understanding) to 4 (Subject Matter Depth & Breadth). Most required competencies are at Level 2 (Working Experience), with some at Level 3 (Extensive Experience) and Level 1 (Basic Understanding).
