What Will You Involve
- Analyze existing manufacturing and office workflows to identify bottlenecks. Design and implement improved business processes to enhance productivity.
- Lead the selection, customization, and implementation of ERP and other business software. Act as the bridge between technical vendors (IT) and functional departments.
- Drive the digital roadmap for the factory, moving from manual/legacy processes to automated, data-driven systems.
What We Need You Have
- Good at English
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Systems Analysis, preferably in a manufacturing/garment environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Logical thinking, good analysis skill, problem-solving, and strategic thinking and effective communication.
