As we continue to expand our presence in Vietnam, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Support Manager to support our operations, affiliate network, and business growth initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager who will play a critical role in supporting business operations, affiliate relationships, administrative functions, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This role requires working closely with management, affiliates, partners, educational institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and partner success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations.
  • Support management in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of operational and administrative activities.

Affiliate & Partner Support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, education partners, and business associates.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to affiliate partners.
  • Coordinate affiliate onboarding, training, and documentation processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate and partner queries.
  • Support affiliate engagement activities and partner development initiatives.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and maintain partner records.
  • Assist in expanding and strengthening the affiliate network across Vietnam.

Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between local teams and international management.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and business activities.
  • Maintain communication with partners, vendors, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, seminars, and business meetings.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments and external partners.

Administrative Support
  • Manage documentation, contracts, records, and compliance-related activities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes.
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management activities.
  • Maintain organized business records and databases.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate operational and management reports.
  • Track key business performance indicators.
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Administration, Partner Management, or Business Support roles.
  • Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or Skill Development industry is mandatory.
  • Experience working with affiliates, franchise networks, channel partners, or educational institutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting education centers, training institutes, or universities.
  • Knowledge of admissions, student management, and academic operations.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
