Job Description

Role Overview:

The Business Support role will support the CRB team in daytoday operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance adherence, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operational tasks for assigned client portfolios
  • Conducting sanction checks and compliance screenings in line with internal guidelines
  • Handling client enquiries and coordinating followups with relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting policy administration and ensuring records are maintained in line with Group retention policies
  • Coordinating enrollment and administrative processes with brokers and internal teams
  • Supporting adhoc requests and projects assigned by the Operations Lead

Key Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (strong reading and writing skills required)
  • Good proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
  • Strong communication, time management, and problemsolving skills
  • Proactive, detailoriented, and able to work independently under pressure
  • Prior experience in insurance or professional services is an advantage
