Role Overview:
The Business Support role will support the CRB team in daytoday operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance adherence, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting operational tasks for assigned client portfolios
- Conducting sanction checks and compliance screenings in line with internal guidelines
- Handling client enquiries and coordinating followups with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting policy administration and ensuring records are maintained in line with Group retention policies
- Coordinating enrollment and administrative processes with brokers and internal teams
- Supporting adhoc requests and projects assigned by the Operations Lead
Key Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluency in Japanese and English (strong reading and writing skills required)
- Good proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Strong communication, time management, and problemsolving skills
- Proactive, detailoriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- Prior experience in insurance or professional services is an advantage
