ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically focused Business Relationship Manager to lead our B2B relationship building and development efforts, with a special focus on the Enterprise/Top Tier Corporate segment engaged in major Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives.
This role requires a blend of high-level account management skills and strategic networking capability. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring existing client satisfaction while expanding our client base by establishing deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, and possess a passion for driving business growth through defining specialized solution value and building impactful personal equity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Relationship & Business Development (New Accounts & DX Focus)
- Targeted Corporate Network (Top Tier Corporate DX Focus): Proactively establish and cultivate relationships with leaders and key decision-makers, specifically within top-tier corporations engaged in major Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives.
- Networking & Strategic Alliances: Develop and maintain a valuable network of personal contacts, industry stakeholders, and influencers, with a strong emphasis on the DX ecosystem.
- Prospecting & Qualification:
- Identify and research potential clients that align with GEEK Up's Ideal Customer Profile, especially within the premium project space.
- Conduct insightful Initial Discovery Conversations to understand prospect business challenges, goals, and specific requirements.
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the Value Proposition of our services, tailoring the message to their specific needs and DX goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic alliances with technology vendors, consulting firms, or platforms that service the Top Tier DX Corporate segment to generate co-selling opportunities.
- Leverage Personal Equity: Utilize personal reputation and network to gain access and establish high-level meetings with target DX prospects and stakeholders.
2. Client Relationship Management (Existing Accounts)
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual understanding.
- Deep Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients Business Objectives, challenges, and KPIs to proactively identify opportunities for value creation.
- Value Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services, aligning solutions with their evolving strategic needs.
- Partner Assessment: Conduct regular Business Reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss future plans, and strengthen the partnership.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Relationship/Account Management.
- Proven track record in closing premium deals and experience working with the Enterprise segment clients.
- Demonstrate strong Relationship Building and Management skills.
- Excels at tailoring the Value Proposition communication to different audiences (from Technical to C-level).
- Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Decision Makers.
- Possess an aggressive approach to tackling challenges & genuinely enjoy client-facing interactions.
- Experience in the Tech Industry with a strong understanding of the Software Development Full Cycle is a huge advantage.
- Proficient in both independent and collaborative work.
