Hoan My Medical Corporation is seeking a Business Program Manager to play a key role in supporting the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Hoan My Medical Corporation. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a structured change management tracking and reporting system to ensure that initiatives follow the defined methodology and deliver measurable outcomes on time and within scope. The role works closely with stakeholders across hospitals and corporate functions to monitor progress, identify execution risks, and support disciplined implementation. It focuses primarily on monitoring, coordinating, and reporting on initiative progress, helping to ensure accountability, cross-functional alignment, and the consistent delivery of organizational commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Change Management System
- Design and implement a structured change tracking and reporting framework for all change initiatives.
- Ensure full adherence to Hoan My's five-step change methodology across hospitals and corporate functions
- Standardise templates, dashboards, milestone tracking, and reporting formats to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Support the establishment of clear ownership, defined success metrics, and practical governance processes that enable disciplined execution without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Performance Monitoring
- Conduct regular structured progress reviews with project teams.
- Monitor milestones, KPIs, timelines, and value delivery across initiatives.
- Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks, and delivery risks early and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Support initiative owners in maintaining accountability to agreed commitments and delivery timelines.
- Escalate critical risks or delays to the Head of Business Initiatives and relevant stakeholders, with clear analysis and recommended mitigation plans
Executive Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Consolidate initiative performance reporting for Senior Management and Board visibility.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights on execution trends, cross-project dependencies, and risk exposure.
- Capture lessons learned and develop best practices to improve future execution capability.
- Continuously refine governance processes to enhance organisational execution discipline and performance transparency
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in project management, transformation initiatives, Project Management Office functions, or consulting environments.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing project management systems
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and experience in organisational change management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Qualification in project management, change management or operational excellence required (i.e., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CCMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capability
- High level of personal accountability and integrity
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong project governance and performance tracking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Resilient, disciplined, and able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
