Responsibilities
1. Project & program delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of SoCom's AI/Tech/Data initiatives and new projects (intake → scoping → build → UAT → launch → post-launch review), managing plans, milestones, RACI, dependencies, risks, scope, resources and budget, with decision-ready reporting to GM and HODs.
2. SoCom representative to Tech/Data/AI: Act as SoCom's single point of contact to the Tech, Data, AI and Product teams – translate operational needs into requirements (BRD/PRD) and a prioritized backlog, coordinate build/UAT/rollout and change management, and represent SoCom's priorities and trade-offs in cross-functional forums.
3. Productivity & automation: Map manual, repetitive and error-prone processes across SoCom teams, scope high-impact automation/AI/tooling solutions with clear business cases, and drive adoption (training, SOP embedding, change management) to realize measurable productivity gains and reduce manual effort.
4. Data, insights & continuous improvement: Partner with the Data team to define metrics, dashboards and a single source of truth; track initiative ROI and productivity KPIs; standardize project/reporting frameworks and continuously improve the transformation operating model.
5. Process, SOP, RACI & working-flow design: Build and standardize SoCom's operating processes – design end-to-end working flows, SOPs and cross-team RACI (roles, ownership and hand-offs) for both day-to-day operations and new initiatives; document, socialize and enforce them, and keep them updated as the org and services evolve to keep delivery consistent, scalable and audit-ready.
