KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.
- Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign to-be processes, and implement improvements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.
- Develop metrics to track process performance, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with all business units to drive process improvements collaboratively and support strategic transformation projects.
- Introduce new tools, automation, and emerging practices to enhance process operations.
- Lead the Business Process Office team, establish governance for process changes, and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of process excellence, conduct training, and engage employees in identifying and implementing improvements.
- Support senior management with special projects, audits, and process-related insights as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Process Analyst/IT BA/Business Process/Process Automation/Process Improvement/Project Management positions
- Experienced in Banking, CFC, risk/ops/process consultancy or technology-driven environments is a plus
- Positive mindset toward adopting and leveraging AI technologies.
- Mature communication, proactive, strong analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication
