Job Description

Job Purpose

· Perform strategic planning relating to Consumer Banking financial performance and provide actionable insights to achieve business targets.

· Provide depth analysis on Consumer Banking business volume, revenue, cost, balance sheet and other business drivers for optimization and determine new avenues to deliver positive/healthy financial results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

· Prepare yearly/quarterly/monthly financial planning, budgeting, periodic forecasting for Consumer Banking business.

· Prepare business projection for 3 Year – 5 Year plans which align with the bank strategy.

· Facilitate and provide strategic analysis/inputs to business with regards to data analysis, product profitability, and evaluation for investment.

· Prepare related strategic reports/meeting decks required by management team.

Business Performance

· Analyse and manage the performance of Consumer Banking by tracking actual results against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights analysis.

· Prepare business performance reports/ meeting decks for management team.

· Analyse products/partners performance, P&L management, product features changes impact to

business P&L/performance.

· Support strategic implementation of effective financial control and business performance processes.

Cost Management

· Support checking business OPEX to ensure cost efficiency and correct cost booking; generate actual OPEX reports for management review.

· Analyse business cost movement and breakdown and provide actionable insights of cost optimization for business.

· Liase with relevant teams to decide/execute cost amortization and cost provision/accrual booking. · Engage relevant stakeholders and drive cost saving initiatives for further financial planning.

Internal Stakeholders Management

· Engage and work closely with internal stakeholders (Products, Business Performance Analytics, Ops, Marketing & Parnership, Finance) to deliver business plan through value added inputs/analysis.

· Support business to address financial / business related matters/issues.

· Internal Teamwork and Collaboration.

· Knowledge Sharing

Job Specification

• Degree in Accounting/Finance /Relevant to Business Analytics

• Experience in banking & finance analytics, especially FP&A or Business Finance roles in Banking industry

• At least 04 years experience in similar role/scope of work

Technical/Functional skills

· Analytical skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel ,Words, PowerPoint

· Writing and Communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English)

· Strong Management Accounting knowledge

· Financial forecast, business planning and modelling skills

Personal skills

· Analytical and strong logical thinking capability.

· Self-disciplined; highly energetic and motivated.

· Committed and dedicated to grow with a progressive company.

· Responsible and takes initiative.
